Track-IQ has upgraded its race analysis engine to integrate jockey and trainer win percentages directly into the calculation of Model Odds, enhancing how closely matched races are evaluated and priced.

Track-IQ’s core analytics continue to focus on pace, speed, and variance to identify live contenders. The new integration recognizes that when horses rate similarly on ability, differences in jockey and trainer win rates can meaningfully affect the likelihood of converting opportunity into a win.

Rather than overriding the underlying model, jockey and trainer win percentages are incorporated in a disciplined, probability-based manner at the final odds stage. This allows the model to more effectively resolve close calls while maintaining overall calibration and balance.

The result is cleaner pricing, clearer separation among top contenders, and a more realistic representation of win probability in competitive fields — achieved without subjective adjustments or reputation-driven bias.

Here is the complete Track-IQ report for Gulfstream today, the results and the final audit. Overall, the report showed solid results, achieving 83.3% win coverage (in 10 out of 12 races) with its Primary/Secondary and Tertiary selections. Primary selections had a 41% hit rate. The results were chalk heavy today apart from the 1st race with #4 Mis Brunellas at 11-1, which the AI-enabled and Gulfstream customized program had as its Primary selection.
